Academy Riding Stables are known for their scenic tours in Garden of the Gods. You can either purchase a 1-hour tour which requires everyone participating to be ages 8 and up and is $75. The 2-hour tour is $125 and requires participants to be 11 years of age or older. The tours have a safety briefing, helmets, and a professional who will provide a history lesson and commentary while you enjoy the scenery.
This ranch is a family-owned and operated business that has been around since 1993 just outside of Colorado Springs. Located in Cheyenne Canyon, it’s about 30 minutes away in the mountains of Colorado Springs. The Old Stage Riding Stables has many activities to choose from and you can even rent one of their private cabins to stay longer. While on your visit, you can enjoy a guided horseback riding tour, or even learn to herd cattle on one of their horses.
Colorado Springs Therapeutic Riding Center is a part of the Mark Reyner Stables in Colorado Springs. They provide therapeutic lessons to individuals with disabilities, it involves activities organized and taught by certified PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International Instructors. The Mark Reyner Stables also provides private and group lessons and provides stalls and care for monthly payments if you are interested in owning your own horse.
EquesTraining Horseback Riding School offers lessons and programs for all ages, their vision is to bring a happy healthier life by connecting people with horses. Alongside the lessons, the School also offers various camps in spring, summer, and winter all around Colorado. They teach all types of riding including vaulting, western, english, and more and they invite you to learn with them.
