Manitou Springs

The Manitou Springs neighborhood is a beautiful, interesting area just 15 minutes west of Downtown Colorado Springs. This area has all the charm of a mountain town with the convenience of living near a larger city. If you want to feel like you are in a mountain town but remain local to this area, then this is most definitely the town for you. The views of Pikes Peak can be somewhat hidden since this is located at the base of the peak. However, you are still surrounded by many beautiful peaks, nonetheless.
