The Broadmoor
The Broadmoor neighborhood is located at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. The neighborhood itself is home to many historic landmarks, one of which is the Broadmoor Hotel and Resort. This area offers easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing, and is regarded as one of the most beautiful historic areas in the city.
Schools
The Broadmoor area is a part of the School District 12, Cheyenne Mountain School District. This district has a total of 5,100 students, which make up the student bodies of five elementary schools, one junior high school, one high school, and one charter school serving k-12.
