The Neighborhood of Palmer Park
Located in the northeast/north central portion of Colorado Springs is known as the neighborhood of Palmer Park. Here, you will find older style, highly sought-after homes, giving the area a more suburban feel while still located in the middle of our city. Named after the founder of Colorado Springs, William Jackson Palmer, the park offers 730 acres of peace, fun, and adventure. Coming in at one of the largest parks in the area, visitors will find over 25 trails for hiking and biking. The park is friendly to dogs as well as there is a popular dog park as well as an off-leash area for the furbaby of the family to get out all their energy. There is also a community playground for the kiddos to enjoy as well as a picnicking area for lunching on our beautiful days. The park is absolutely beautiful and will for sure be loved by those residents who live nearby.

Costco, Target, Barnes and Nobles, as well as the Citadel Mall are all great, nearby locations to fulfill all of your shopping needs. The area is also not terribly far from our beautiful Downtown area, which also opens the door to more shopping, dining, and fun.
