If you’d rather stay within the city, there parks galore spread about throughout the whole area. Many are pet-friendly and give the whole family options of playing, picnicking, water sports and more! You definitely won’t fall short when looking for ways to spend outdoors here in Colorado Springs.
- All Four Seasons exist in our beautiful state of Colorado. Since Colorado Springs sits at a higher elevation, you’ll find a dry heat that warms our summer months. The heat only lasts a month or two, though, before the beautiful colors of fall dot our landscapes and mountainside. Winter brings in that snow, and with the snow comes all those fun outdoor activities like skiing, sledding, and snowboarding. Don’t worry though, we aren’t covered in the snow the whole winter, it comes and goes throughout the whole season in our beautiful little town.
