Andrew Shepherd, creator of Cinchona Coffee, has a passion for unique beverages created with the absolute highest quality of ingredients. Grassfed milk, homemade syrups, single origin and fair trade cacao, and intentionally sourced matcha are just the beginnings of the drinks offered at Cinchona. Frankly Coffee

While the shop itself is pretty small, there is an open, spacious patio available with wifi for getting some work done or meeting up with a friend. They also have locally baked pastries for sale and kid friendly drink options. Holdfast Coffee Roasters
Holdfast Coffee Roasters is located about 15 minutes North of Downtown Colorado Springs and offers delicious coffee roasted right next door, locally baked pastries, and freshly made breakfast eats. Holdfast is passionate about their product and service, so not only are you guaranteed a great cup of joe, you’ll also be met with kindness and a smile. They love to create space for the local community to gather and often host latte art throwdowns and fun, special Saturday events such as affogatos on the patio. Building Three Coffee Roasters
Building Three Coffee Roasters is a veteran owned community favorite tucked inside of the Lincoln Center – an old school building turned into a hub for good food, good coffee, and lots of other local businesses. Referred to as B3 by the locals, Building Three Coffee has created a cozy and bright space for meeting with friends, working remotely, or studying. They offer their own roasted coffee that you can see being roasted through a window in the hallway! They pride themselves on serving nourishing meals made with quality ingredients and make all of their syrups in house from scratch. With a baker on their team, you’re guaranteed some yummy, freshly baked pastries. Building Three Coffee’s goal is to fuel you for your next adventure, so before hiking that 14er or heading out for a small mountain town adventure, swing by B3 for their famous steak and quinoa bowl and a cup of house drip.
Loyal Coffee Roasters
Loyal Coffee Roasters slogan is “community by way of coffee.” They desire to not only create excellent coffee through roasting and in-depth barista training but also create a welcoming environment for the community to gather. Loyal offers delicious food options such as avocado toast, a quinoa bowl, and a granola and yogurt bowl. They have two locations available for you to choose – one located in Downtown Colorado Springs and the other located in Northern Colorado Springs. Their downtown location is a little cozier and great for catching up with a friend. Their northern location is perfect for meeting up with bigger groups and getting some work done as they offer a 13-seat meeting room that you can reserve.
